Scope of Service

Pixinolit provides digital marketing, branding, web design and development, content production, and digital consultation services under a separate agreement with each client defining scope, timeline, and cost.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of agreed final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pixinolit retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

Payment

Payment terms and schedule are defined in the quote or contract for each project. Late payment may result in work on the project being paused.

Cancellation

Either party may end the engagement with prior written notice, with payment due for work completed up to the termination date.
